He is the co-author of the Colorado chapter on the ABA’s state-by-state treatise on foreclosure law entitled  Foreclosure Law and Related Remedies, Second Edition . Mr. Lubinski is a frequent author and speaker on a variety of real estate topics pertaining to real estate finance, development, and commercial workouts and foreclosures.
