This course explores the trends of succession planning as they have existed in the past, how they exist today as well as the trending next practices for succession planning and learning development. The course also addresses how to integrate succession planning with other components of Talent Management including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Onboarding and Employee Engagement to ensure that all components are working together effectively to enhance success in the other respective areas.
