As the CEO of NeOle Inc., Ginny designs and facilitates stakeholder engagement sessions for groups ranging from 10 to 1,000 participants. In her role as an Associate Professor at Wilfrid Laurier University, she helps Executive MBA students enhance their creative thinking and problem-solving skills. A lifelong learner, Ginny is committed to providing clients with the latest and most relevant insights from various disciplines, focusing primarily on behavioral sciences, neuroscience, positive psychology, and health sciences. Ginny holds a B.A. in Political Science and Peace & Conflict Studies, along with a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership.
