Root Cause Analysis focuses on a range of approaches, tools, and techniques that are used to uncover the causes of problems. This course will examine the systematic processes associated with identifying the ‘root cause’ of a problem or event and exploring various approaches for responding to them. The course also teaches participants how to identify and uncover the causes of organizational and process gaps and analyzes the risk of action versus inaction.
