About This Course

The phrase "One Big Beautiful Act" refers to a large piece of legislation, officially signed into law by President Trump on July 4, 2025. It's a sweeping budget reconciliation bill that includes significant tax cuts, healthcare provisions, and other policy changes. The bill makes significant changes that will impact both individuals and businesses.

The OBBA contains hundreds of provisions. It permanently extends the individual tax rates Trump signed into law in 2017, which were originally set to expire at the end of 2025. The act includes close to 900 pages of federal law.
