As Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Recovery Centers of America, Shelly plays a key role in shaping the organization’s workforce strategy. She leads talent acquisition efforts, provides strategic hiring insights, and oversees HR operations across corporate, inpatient, and outpatient teams. Additionally, she directs employee education, training, and development to cultivate a strong and engaged workforce. Before joining RCA, Shelly held senior leadership roles at Tower Health, managing HR systems for Phoenixville, Brandywine, and Chestnut Hill hospitals, as well as the Memorial Hospital of Salem County. With extensive experience in hospitals, physician practices, and ambulatory services, she has successfully led succession planning, training and development, compliance, policy management, compensation, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and fair hiring practices. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Wilmington University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
