Judy L. Woods is a member of Krieg DeVault, LLP’s Litigation Group and serves on the firm’s Professional Standards Committee. She focuses on complex commercial and “bet the company” litigation, including antitrust, class actions, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, international, finance, and business disputes, False Claim Act, fraud, RICO, and other business disputes. Prior to her entry into private law practice, Ms. Woods was employed as a strategic planning officer for a large national bank where she worked on bank mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic planning for all bank departments. Ms. Woods also worked for a private accounting firm, supervising fraud and abuse and compliance audit teams, particularly for organizations with Department of Labor contracts.

Mr. Tassé is an investigative and forensic accountant who has experience investigating and advising companies on alleged corruption, fraud, financial misconduct, and breach of fiduciary duty. As an Anti-Corruption Ethics and Compliance expert, he provides services as Independent Corporate Monitor and Independent Corporate Auditor. An award-winning lecturer in the MBA program at the Telfer School of Management and in the Common Law Section at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law, his current research focuses on the actual and potential effects of allegations of corruption and improper financial reporting on publicly traded companies’ market capitalization.
