Moez specializes in Performance Training and has worked in various capacities including Human Resource Consultant and OD Trainer for small and mid-sized businesses. He has over a decade of multifaceted experiences of working in private, public, social services, and non-profit sectors. Moez also has international work experiences, and is knowledgeable about Career Development, Human Resources, and Corporate Training. Some of his areas of focus and interest are: Recruitment, Training, On-boarding and Off-boarding, and Career Planning. In addition, Moez has worked in academia as a Lecturer where he taught various courses under Human Resources and General Management streams. He has also written several articles on topics related to Human Resources and Professional Development, and enjoys coaching and working with Human Resource Professionals to analyze, discuss, and tackle business challenges facing organizations today, as well as with individuals to manage their life-long careers and achieve success.
