Andrew has been working with Nilfisk as an IPR Attorney since 2021 advising on decisions involving Intellectual Property. Prior to joining Nilfisk, Andrew worked in private practice with a focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, patent searches, freedom-to-operate investigations, opinions on infringement/non-infringement and validity, as well as IP portfolio management. Wesley D. Anderson is Associate General Counsel, Technology & Intellectual Property at UnitedHealth Group. He provides in-house counsel across the UnitedHealth Group enterprise including UnitedHealthcare and Optum. He specializes in trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement, as well as copyright, licensing, due diligence, social media, and transactional matters. He received his B.A. from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Prior to joining the firm, Peder practiced in-house at IBM, where he worked with domestic and international inventors and with corporate and outside counsel.
