This course provides a practical review of recent updates to the Yellow Book and Single Audit requirements. You’ll learn about key changes in Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), including updated independence rules, reorganized guidance, and quality control expectations. The course also covers best practices for documenting and performing Single Audits under the Uniform Grant Guidance.
We’ll examine the 2019/20 Compliance Supplement, highlight common audit deficiencies, and review internal control and compliance areas that require special attention. We’ll also explore proposed changes to the Uniform Guidance to help you stay ahead of upcoming shifts in requirements.
