The Honorable Paul J. Baisley, Jr. (Ret.) has had a long and distinguished legal career that includes substantial experience as both a judge and a litigator. As a Justice of the New York Supreme Court, Suffolk County, for 25 years, Justice Baisley presided over and settled more than a thousand cases, giving him a broad range of experience and knowledge across numerous case types. These include commercial, employment, insurance, labor law, fraud, matrimonial, medical malpractice, negligence, personal injury, premises liability, and real property/real estate (commercial and residential).

Michael is a highly experienced attorney who has represented thousands of clients in litigation and private mediation throughout the New York metropolitan area for more than 40 years. As both an attorney in private practice and as a Hearing Officer for NAM, Michael has successfully resolved personal injury cases, some of which resulted in catastrophic injury, including labor law, slip and fall, premises liability, and automobile accidents. Prior to joining NAM, Michael was a partner in a prominent New York law firm.
